1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Green Sinais is a brand of Imperante Soluções Digitais, CNPJ 48.823.054/0001-83, headquartered at Rua David Geronasso, 685, Curitiba (PR), Brasil.

These terms apply to the Green Sinais sites (greensinais.com and its subdomains), to the customer panel (app.greensinais.com) and to the delivery of signals to the rooms you connect. The Privacy policy and the Responsible gaming page also apply, together with these terms.

By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

The Green Sinais bot follows the results of live games. When a table shows the pattern of a strategy you chose, it sends a signal to your rooms on Telegram, WhatsApp or Discord, or by webhook. In the panel you create the rooms, choose or build strategies, set schedules and track the score.

The features of each plan (number of rooms, strategy showcase, charts and others) are the ones described on the plan page at the time you subscribe.

Green Sinais is not a betting site. It does not take bets, does not hold anyone's money and does not ask for logins or passwords for betting sites. You place the bets yourself, directly at the betting sites, which have their own rules and terms.

3. Who can use it

• People aged 18 or over (or the minimum age required in your country, if it is higher).
• Who can enter into a contract and who live where betting is allowed. In Brazil, only bet at sites authorized by the Ministério da Fazenda (Brazil's Ministry of Finance).

The account is personal. Do not share your access or your password.

4. Signals and results

• No signal guarantees winnings. Every bet carries a risk of loss, even with the strategy you chose.
• Past results, scores and numbers shown as examples do not guarantee future results.
• Strategies with gales increase the amount bet on each attempt and, with it, the amount at risk.
• Table results come from external sources and may be delayed, fail or change without notice. A signal may arrive after the table has already moved on.
• The decision whether to enter, how much to bet and where to bet is always yours.

5. Plans, payment and renewal

• Prices are shown on the plans page. Payment is made through Stripe or through a partner sales platform.
• The subscription is monthly and renews automatically, charged to the same payment method, until you cancel.
• If a charge fails, your access may be suspended until the payment is settled.
• When you move up to a higher plan, you pay the difference in proportion to the time left in the period.
• If the price of your plan changes, we will let you know by email before the next charge. You can cancel before that charge.

6. Cancellation and 7-day guarantee

• No lock-in: you can cancel whenever you want, in the panel (Manage subscription) or by email at [email protected]. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and there are no further charges.
• 7-day guarantee: within 7 days of subscribing, you can withdraw for any reason and get back 100% of the amount paid, as provided by the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Brazil's Consumer Protection Code, art. 49). Just ask by email.
• After that period, the amount for the current period is not refunded, except in the cases provided for by law.

7. Your account and your rooms

• Keep your registration details correct and your password secret. If you suspect that someone is misusing your account, let us know by email.
• By connecting a room, you authorize the bot to send messages in that group or channel.
• Telegram, WhatsApp and Discord have their own rules and may limit or block accounts, for example for sending messages in high volume. This is outside Green Sinais' control.
• If you use your rooms to send signals to other people, you are responsible for that communication. Make it clear that it is prohibited for anyone under 18, do not promise winnings and follow your country's rules on gambling advertising.

8. What is not allowed

• Using the service if you are under 18, or on behalf of a minor.
• Selling, renting or sharing access to your account.
• Copying or extracting data from the panel with bots or automated programs.
• Trying to break into, overload or reverse engineer the systems.
• Using the rooms for spam, scams, illegal content or promises of guaranteed winnings.
• Using the service for any illegal activity.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the bot and the panel running 24 hours a day, but the service depends on third parties (the game providers, hosting, Telegram, WhatsApp and Discord) and goes through maintenance. For this reason, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. If something stops working, contact us through support.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Green Sinais is not liable for:

• losses on bets, which are your decision and your risk;
• acts, rules, payments or failures of betting sites;
• failures or blocks by Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord or other third-party services;
• use of the account by third parties you gave access to.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the Código de Defesa do Consumidor guarantees you.

11. Intellectual property

The software, the Green Sinais brand, the texts, the images and the panel belong to Imperante Soluções Digitais. While your subscription is active, you have a personal, non-transferable license to use the service. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the service or its content without written permission.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, whenever possible with prior notice and an explanation of the reason. You can close your account whenever you want, by email. What happens to your data after that is explained in the Privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page. If the change is significant, we will let you know by email or in the panel before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any legal action may be brought in the courts of your place of residence, as guaranteed by the Código de Defesa do Consumidor. In all other cases, the courts of Curitiba (PR) have jurisdiction.
