1. Who we are
Green Sinais is a brand of Imperante Soluções Digitais, CNPJ 48.823.054/0001-83, headquartered at Rua David Geronasso, 685, Curitiba (PR), Brasil. We are the controller of your personal data. This means we decide how and why it is used, always in accordance with the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law, Law 13,709/2018).
Green Sinais offers tools that analyze live games and send signals to groups and channels chosen by the customer. We are not a betting site. We do not take bets, and we do not ask for logins or passwords for betting sites.
2. Where this policy applies
This policy applies to the Green Sinais sites (greensinais.com and its subdomains), to the customer panel (app.greensinais.com), to the delivery of signals to the rooms you connect and to our support by email, Telegram and WhatsApp.
3. What data we collect
When you visit the sites
- Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, language, pages visited, and date and time of access.
- Where your visit came from, meaning the site or ad that brought you to us, such as campaign parameters (UTM) and Google and Meta click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid and fbclid).
- Data from cookies and similar technologies, explained in section 5.
When you subscribe
- On Stripe's payment page, your email, name, phone number, country and card details. The full card number and the security code stay with Stripe only. We receive the payment confirmation, the plan, the amount and, at most, the card brand and last digits.
- Along with the subscription, we store the plan you chose, the number of rooms, the page language and where your visit came from, so we know which campaign brought in each customer.
- When the purchase is made through a partner sales platform (such as Braip or Lastlink), we receive from it your name, email, phone number and CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian individual or company tax ID), which we use to grant access and issue the tax invoice.
When you use the panel and the rooms
- Account data: email, password (stored encrypted, so no one on our team can read it), phone number, language, plan and due date.
- Service settings: rooms, strategies, messages, schedules and signal results.
- Data from the integrations you connect: Telegram, WhatsApp and Discord group and channel identifiers, bot tokens and webhook addresses.
- Your notification preferences (for example, payment reminders by email or WhatsApp) and whether you agree to receive offers.
- If you take part in the affiliate program, the data needed to identify referrals and pay commissions.
When you talk to us
- The messages you send by email, Telegram or WhatsApp, along with your name and contact details on those platforms.
- If you use the chat assistant on the site, the messages you type into it.
We do not ask for sensitive data (such as health, religion or biometrics), or for income, marital status, occupation or bank details for withdrawals.
4. What we use it for and on what legal basis
The LGPD only allows personal data to be used when there is a legal basis. These are ours:
| Purpose | Legal basis (LGPD, art. 7) |
|---|---|
| Create and maintain your account, grant access, send signals to your rooms and provide support | Performance of a contract (item V) |
| Bill the subscription, issue tax invoices and notify you about payments and due dates | Performance of a contract (V) and compliance with a legal obligation (II) |
| Keep the access logs for the site and the panel | Legal obligation (II), under the Marco Civil da Internet (Brazil's Internet Civil Rights Framework, Law 12,965/2014, art. 15) |
| Protect the sites, accounts and payments against fraud, abuse and attacks | Legitimate interest (IX) |
| Improve the service with panel usage statistics | Legitimate interest (IX) |
| Measure visits to the sites and the results of ads (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta) | Consent (I), through the cookie notice |
| Send offers and news by email or WhatsApp | Consent (I). You can opt out whenever you want |
| Defend the company in legal proceedings and respond to requests from authorities | Regular exercise of rights (VI) and legal obligation (II) |
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that affect your interests.
6. Who we share it with
We share data only with those who help us provide the service, and each of them has access only to what it needs for its part:
| Company | Purpose | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Process subscription payments | USA and Ireland |
| Braip and Lastlink | Sales made through these platforms | Brazil |
| Cloudflare | Deliver the sites quickly and protect them against attacks | Global network |
| Google (Analytics and Ads) | Measure visits and ads, with your consent | USA |
| Meta | Measure ads, with your consent | USA |
| Telegram, WhatsApp and Discord | Deliver signals to the rooms you connect and talk to you in support | Several countries |
| OpenAI | Generate the replies of the site's chat assistant, using only what you type into it | USA |
| Hosting, database and email delivery | Keep the systems running and send the service's emails | Contracted providers |
We may also share data when the law requires it, under a court order or at the request of a competent authority, and in the event of a sale or reorganization of the company, in which case whoever takes over is bound to follow this policy.
We do not sell or rent personal data.
7. Transfers to other countries
Some of the providers above store or process data outside Brazil, mainly in the United States and Europe. These transfers follow the LGPD (art. 33), with contractual data protection safeguards offered by these providers.
8. How long we keep it
- Account and settings: for as long as the account exists. After the subscription ends or you ask for deletion, we delete or anonymize whatever the law no longer requires us to keep.
- Access logs: 6 months, as required by the Marco Civil da Internet.
- Payments and tax invoices: 5 years, the period set by tax law.
- Offers by email or WhatsApp: until you ask to opt out.
- Cookies: for the period shown in section 5.
We may keep data for longer when we need it to defend ourselves in legal proceedings, for as long as those proceedings last.
9. How we protect it
- All sites and the panel use an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Passwords are stored with encryption that does not allow them to be read.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, which is certified under the PCI DSS card security standard.
- Access to data is restricted to the team members who need it for their work.
No system is completely immune to failures. If a security incident occurs that may cause you significant risk or harm, we will notify you and the ANPD (Brazil's National Data Protection Authority), as the LGPD requires.
10. Your rights and how to exercise them
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you can ask at any time for:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed in breach of the law;
- portability of the data to another provider;
- deletion of the data processed with your consent;
- information about who we share your data with;
- information about the option of not giving consent and what happens if you do not give it;
- withdrawal of consent, at any time;
- objection to processing carried out without consent, if it does not comply with the law.
To do so, write to [email protected] with the email address of your account. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on your request. We reply within 15 days. Some data may remain stored even after a deletion request, when the law requires it (see section 8).
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can also file a complaint with the ANPD at gov.br/anpd.
11. People under 18
Green Sinais services are prohibited for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you learn that a minor has given us personal data, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
12. Third-party sites and services
The signals and our sites may contain links to other sites and services, such as betting sites, Telegram, WhatsApp and Discord. Each one has its own privacy policy, and this policy does not apply to them. We recommend reading the policy of each service you use.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service or the law changes. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page. If the change is significant, we will also let you know by email or in the panel before it takes effect.
